BFG or Nitto drag radials. The BFG's hook better due to softer compound, but wear quicker. Nitto's are a great tire also.

the BF Goodrich G-Force T/A KDW's had a much longer tread life than the nitto 555R's i think it outtreaded the 555's too but there not drag radials. Either the G-Force Drag Radials or the Nitto 555R drag radials will hook up great but dont last long at all. If your like me, you may need a tire than will have good traction, but will also last ... The G-Force T/A KD's or KDW's may be a good choice i really dont know though i've never tried them

Yeah, but the Nittos are WAY better dual purpose tires! Try driving the BFGs in the rain! Nittos are way better on the street.

really? I haven't decided what kind of tire i'm goign to get... either G-Force T/A KDW's ( i like there tread design ) or the Nitto 555 if i can find them... or some yokoma's (there the cheapest) money is deffenetly a big factor so i'm going to be doiong alot of research to find the best deal for whatever tire i get
I've heard mixed reviews about the G-Force KDW's I've hear5d from some people that they don't catch traction worth a ****, other says they catch great all day long, some say they burnt out w/out hard driving very quickly... others say they've lasted them a good while so i dont know.. have you ever tried the new KDW's?

BFGs are better on the track, but Nittos are better all around, I would get a set of normal tires for daily driving, then a set of cheep wheels, and Nittos for the track, then just swap your tires at the track. That is what I do.

In that case, I would completely do away w/the thought of using a drag radial and get a MT ET Street and call it a day. You'll really be hooking at the track then, and the tire is DOT approved. Don't ask me how those little grooves are enough to make it street legal, but they are.

I agree, although Hoosier QTPs are way better then the MT ET Streets.

Yes they fit fine, they are exactly the same except for the 18X10.5 if you run these you may have to massage the inner fender a little with a hammer.
