check engine codes need help

I got a 97 z28 dirt cheap. It sat for two years. I put a new fuel pump and battery in it and it fired right up. It had lots of codes. I then changed the opti, plugs, wires, and water pump. That did away with alot of codes. But I still have
p0140 O2 sensor no activity bank 1 sensor 2. I got a new sensors. But I need to know is bank 1 the driver side?
p0335 crankshaft position sensor a circuit malf. I know the old owner replaced it.
p0336 crankshaft position sensor ackt range/perf.
p0400 egr flow malfuntion.
p0430 catalyst efficency below threshold bank 2.
p0753 shift solenoid a circuit malfuntion.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of these codes?

I also know my cats are about shot. I was sooting chunks out my tailpipe. I think Im going to hollow them out this weekend. Until I can get some headers a y pipe.
