Weird Window Noise
I have a loud pop noise when I either roll the window up or down from MAX open/shut. When you lower or raise the window to MAX you can actually see the door panel push out into the cabin a lil bit... I emphasize "MAX" because if it is even the slightest short of max open/close, it will not pop.
Has anyone had the problem as well? If so how can I fix it. If not, anyone got any ideas? I'll try to upload a vid or two of it so you can hear and see it.

The door panel moving is normal.
The pop noise could be a loose rivet holdign the window motor in place.

should I pick up a new rivet gun and re-rivet the motor? It also kind of sounds like it might be jumping a tooth...could that be from the window motor not being totally tight?
