HID conversion
I saw a kit on ebay that take any halogen headlight system and converted it to the hid setup. Has anyone used this and is it like a true hid? And if it is good, would it work with the halo headlights?

what's the difference between single and dual beam? is the single for low beams only and the dual for low and high?
