CD player swap

I have a Monsoon deck on the way, thanks to one of the members here!!

Anyway... Are there any special precautions I Need to take care of prior to the install? They both have the Theftloc system on them, so I'm afraid Ill need to retrieve the codes, etc... Is there a way I can install the new one without having to go through that?

Some have also said that the wiring for the monsoon system will not work with aftermarket speakers, and I'm affraid my driver's door speaker is blown, as it cracks just a bit when any bass is hit. Whats your input? Like the CD Player, I'd like to keep this setup pretty much stock. Thanks!
