Exhaust Rattling Against Cross Member

Okay, my SLP LM sort of rattles against the stamped metal crossmember near the tranny, the tunnel crossmember). Anyways, what can I put on it to dampen the rattle? Maybe some dynomat?

I've adjusted the LM, only helped a little bit. I'm just trying to think of some padding that'll work on such a hot surface as the exhaust.

If your talking about the little flimsy crossmember brace just bend it out of the way. Its very flexible and you can bend it with your hands.

That's what I mean, the cheapo little flimsy thing. I'll get a better one here soon, but right now that stupid thing is in the way.

You can actually just take it off. The only purpose it has is to keep your exhaust from falling off I think Its so flimsy it doesnt do anything for you.

What if I'm already incredible and I want to do it anyway?

I'll probably replace it down the line with a driveshaft safety loop, and strengthen the undercarriage a bit more. I may take your advice and just can it now though.

When I had that thing I had to just bend it out of the way and it fixed the problem, of course now I don't have it anymore because I have my spohn tq arm as well
