So yeah...hit a pole

So anyways won't go into details but put my car into a pole the other day. It is pretty messed up the whole right rear fender is totaled. It all started one rainy night in Germany... well I havent got an estamate yet but I have a good idea it might be totaled. a while back a RV hit the side of my car (dont worry was his fault) and he knoked me into a guard rail. and the shop here in Germany replaced both front fenders and the drivers side door and it was over 6000 euro arround $8000+ so with this much damage they may just total it. my question? is the rear fender that easy to replace I dont know if there is any frame damage yet but, it looks like a pretty bad. I wish I could show pics. I heard the rear was all one piece. or is it easy to replace? the sad thing is I have new $900 rims, spec stage 2 clutch with light weight flywheel ($750) and a adj. TA($350) ready to be put on, NOT COOL!!

Was it one of those "Mox Nix" poles?

I was stationed in GE from '92-'96. American parts are outrageously priced overseas. It WILL cost you a bundle to fix...even to ship the parts from the states (especially for a large part like a body panel).

My recommendation? Take the car back and part it out. I'm sure there are enough F-bods there (or throughout Europe) that may need parts. I'd bet that you could sell parts and make enough to afford another F-body once you return to the states.
