From Tan (leather interior) to Black how to do it?

Hey guys,

One of my peronal biggest mistakes was ordering my black on TAN leather interior z28. I want to make it black inside. I need everything that is tan to go black. Does anyone know that makes a complete factory looking kit to put in the car? If so please help!

your best bet would be junk yards and ebay to get all the pieces.. you could also try to find someone with black interior that wants to swap out for tan (not likely.... lol)

One of my buddies is changing from the gray to black and is buying all the parts to do it from various parts cars.

Either get yourself a Donor car with a cooked drivetrain (best way). Other then that you have to find it piece by piece, which sucks. Get a doner car and then sell you interior parts off and sell the car as a gutted rolling chassis.

i dunno. sometimes i wish my pewter ss had tan leather instead of black. i've seen some pics of other pewter camaros with tan and i honestly think it goes better than with black. i've even toyed with the idea of switching out the parts, but there's a lot of em and i think it would be a pain....especially to do through the mail (if i were to do so with addicted2fun). i dont know where fort stewart is but im pretty sure it's no where near where i live (just north of NYC). o well, this will probably be one of those things you always have at the back of your mind but never actually end up doing.
