the rattle doesnt necessarily mean they are blown,
the plastic "grille" cover just comes loose and vibrates like hell when the bass hits, try holding them when you have a song on with some bass and see if it solves the buzzing if so remove whatever you need to to get to the backs and pop the grilles off and reattach them with some sticky 3m tape or something

Alright I'll assume the amp puts out about ~50W RMS per channel, since stock decks put out about 15W RMS, 50W seems reasonable. So you can just replace the door speakers with aftermarket ones without issues, correct? Most handle 20-100W RMS, so I can't see it being a problem, unless someone has done it with poor results.
