Exclamation Replying to a Private Message Class 101....EVERYONE PLEASE READ!
OK,

I get tons of emails everyday from people replying to PM's....The only problem is they are not mine. They are meant for some other people...


Apparently what is happening is, most everyone has their Private Messages setup for email notification. So when someone sends them a PM a notification email will be sent out as a reminder to check their PM box... In the email you can actually read the PM. Now what is happening is people are replying to the email and answering the PM... Only problem is it sends it back to its original source which is the website administrators email ( ME!)..

So from now on, if you are getting email notifications for PM's Please log-in to the site and reply... that way the right people will receive the reply instead of me

you can get rid of that option sean. just go to your user cp and uncheck the option that says email notification
