bottle filling question
hey guys, i have a 20lb nitrous bottle that is half full yet still from last season. My question is whether or not i can get it filled to 100% without wasting money and having to drain it out first.

I know you can fill a bottle that already has nitrous in it I have topped of my bottle before i went to the track and things but idk i fit has a shelf life but i think it would be fine...
