The best way is to get a compression T fitting and tap into the hard line at the back of the intake. Just be sure you tap into the pressure side, and not the return side.

Why not use the schrader valve? remove valve and screw into that port?

If you use a r-134 shrader valve removal tool the fuel rail shrader comes right out. make sure all your fitting are tight, fuel leaks are very bad when theres nitrous involved

A buddy did that on a Dodge Neon and it was really easy and clean looking. Unrelated but worth mentioning ALWAYS close your N2O valve when you aren't using it. I guess he had a leaky solenoid because after leaving the valve open over night he went to start the Neon and the composite intake manifold exploded (It actually shot up breaking all the mounting flanges)

Yep just use a tire tool and take the stem out and screw you a braided line on it and your good. Done it on a few LT1s, including my own.
