nitrous

I have a 93 camaro and thinking about a 35 safe shot of nitrous. How do you increase the fuel on a 93 for when you want to use the nitrous?

I like wet systems, but with anything under 100hp shot, the motor will add the fuel by it's self. But, I wouldn't put anything less than a 75 shot on there. Hell, if you have a good motor, you can run a 150 shot without a problem. a 100 wet shot is perfect for these motors IMO.

Ic so i could run like a 50 shot without even having to screw with the fuel or anything? I could just pretty much hook everything up and press the button lol?

Yup, a 50 shot, if you run a fogger, will be installed in the rubber part of the intake behind the MAF and the 02's will add the required fuel. Very easy to put in. I know that Glenn drilled and tapped his MAF in the back of it to screw in a nozzle so that it wouldn't ever fall out, and created a great seal.

Here is my reply from your other post.

Well first of all do you already have a kit? If not I would suggest a wet kit which comes with both the nitrous solenoid and the fuel solenoid. You would then either run a plate kit (which mounts between the throttle body and the intake), or a nozzle setup which you can install anywhere after the MAF unit. You would tie the fuel solenoid in to your Schrader valve which is located at the back of your intake on the fuel rail and it looks kind of like a tire valve stem. When you attach it to this you need to take your basic valve stem tool and remove the valve stem out of the Schrader valve. This will allow the fuel to free flow through the valve. Then you just wire up your system as you already would and your ready to go.

On one other note which I really dont want to say this because I dont recommend it but it will work If you are going to run a 50 and under shot and I stress under that amount you can actually just hook up the nitrous solenoid and spray the nitrous through the MAF like the LS1 units do. Your MAF which should be in good condition can handle that amount of nitrous and actually tell the computer to add enough fuel for the extra power (cooling effect). But like I said I wouldnt do it because I dont trust our MAFs that much to be accurate enough to keep from going lean on a nitrous run. Plus if you setup the car the way I was stating in the first paragraph you will be ready to up the shot whenever you wish, as long as you have the other safety precautions like cooler plugs, something to take timing out, etc.
