In regards to the dyno question: NO
In regards to the emmision testing:
1. What year car......in Pa if it's a '95 or older, no emmision testing is done
2. What have you done to your car to make it emmisionless and then I can give you a better response.............

If your registration lists it as a '95, then in Pa your're good to go

i really find that hard to belive wit the people being so anal bout global warming plus i have a 94 i checked the vin and title to be sure i can get this passed the insurance since it has a 97 z28 swapped in it nd it used to be a v6...so i can move there in a year and not have to get a sticker on it...just plates?

Again, I repeat, vehicles that are '95 or older do not undergo emmision testing. If you doubt me, you can verify my veracity thru the Pa Dept. of Transportation

it depends on where you live. my parents live 2 hours from me and they dont even have emissions yet. if you have to get it registered from another state it will be tested. when i bought my 94 it was registered in NY and it was tested when i got it inspected. and from another state youll have to have it done within a few days of having the registration changed.

the testing rules change county to county. in lackawanna (or is it Schuylkill,,, not sure ) there almost is no testing whatso ever, however here in luzerne, everything 1980(ish) and newer gets tested.
