Installed HIDs

After being lazy for about a month I finally decided to try to install my HID kit that I previously had installed on my truck. Worked out pretty well and now I can actually see at night! Now I need some for the foglights because they really look dim compared to the headlights. I will try to take a few more pictures tonight to show them at night.

The brand name is Mcullouch. They still need to be adjusted a little but i will get some pics with a inside view through the windshield when they are adjusted better.

Yeah, get yourself a nice cutoff picture (like the light against the wall). Looks awesome though. HID's tend to look badass!

Well I bought them about 4 years ago for my truck. It was from a guy on ebay that some of my friends have went through, Back then there wasnt many companys making them but now there is a lot of companies to choose from. The brand I have is McCullouch and I have had them about 4 years now without any problems, and I have several friends who still have the original set they bought years ago. They were about $250 dollars 4 years ago but i would assume a lot cheaper now. Im sure someone probably still sells that brand on ebay now, and I think they come with warranties now.

Mine were plug and play for my truck 9006 bulbs, but I have a 95 so i had to pop the old bulb out of the sealed assembly and make it work. I might have to go check that out I need some for my foglights because the headlights make the foglights look weak.

The lower the temperature the brighter they are. Mine are 10,000k and look blue, The 12k look purple, if you go 8k they are white with a blue tint 6k are white, and anything below that starts looking yellow.
