Suspension problem

Well I got my Bilstein HD front shocks today. As I was taking off my KYB shocks I noticed that my Bilstein shocks did not come with the cup to hold my spring, its just a straight shock. My question is what can I do?

Don't take my word because I could be remembering the wrong piece since I have not personally done the install, but if I remember correctly you just use the old ones.
