best springs

well a submitted this thread to find about everybodys preference on springs, in ur mind which ones are the best all around performance looks drop etc..........what is da difference between sportlines and pro kit and is it true that ones of these are garbage..............thanks

Pro-Kits are a good spring for lowering, but not really a performance spring. Fine for a driver or a weekend auto-x car...but not for competition. Sportlines on the other hand aren't much good. Too soft for the ride height.

I personally am a fan of BMRs springs myself.
