It's a really simple thing to do compared to other car's I've done it to.
The rear is really simple:
First, you have to put down the rear seats, pull up the rear section of the carpet. You'll see a little piece of foam on both sides under the carpet. Take that out and you'll see the nuts holding the shocks on. Take that off. Then, you just have to jack up the back of the car put it on jackstands, then lower the rear end on the jack. Do it slowly and make sure you get the top bolts of the shocks out with out mangling anything. Then, unbolt the shocks from the rear end and pull the shocks the rest of the way out. Install the new ones the same way, just in reverse.
The fronts are a little more complicated: Make sure you break loose (don't remove) the bolts on the wheels if you don't have an impact wrench to do it when the car is up. Jack the front up, support it with jackstands, then take jack to one control arm. Take the wheel off. Now, put the jack under the bottom of the a arm and support it so that it won't come crashing down when you unbolt the strut. You'll have to unbolt the strut from the caliper, then lower the a arm slightly so you can have some room to work. You'll have to find a way to keep the caliper and spindle from flopping around. Then, unbolt the top of the strut, then slide the strut out. If you are going to replace the struts and shocks, you might as well get new strut mounts. Odds are, they are worn out. I've put the ones from AutoZone on before, and they got fragged in short order. Spohn or HotPart make quality pieces, just a little pricier than the auto parts stores.
Where in Virginia are you? How far away from Bristol?
