ET Tires in winter cold?

Is it ok to drive on my 305 Mickey Thompson ET Streets in the cold? I keep her garaged at night so its a little warmer but when I'm at work she's in the elements. I have heard cold + ET's don't play well together. I am only going to be driving it in the cold for another week or 2 until I can get to the auction with some cash to buy a beater. Thanks

Yeah I would think you are ok, as long as you are not trying to hook up and rip off a hole shot becaue that is not going to happen, Oh and no snow either LOL.
I have a set of BridgeStone Fuzzions on mine and I went to move it out of the garage last year to work on something and it got stuck in 3 in of snow and would not move

Wow....i was doin 70 on the higway no problem in the rain....i drove like that for almost an hour and no issues...then out of no where im going into oncoming traffic then back to my lane then back in thier lane and i was able to pull it back to my side before the truck headed towards me got to close.....40mph the rest of the way home....lol...what trips me out is the fact that i was accelerating or anything it just all of the sudden decided to lose traction.

If its dry you're fine. If not.....ask some of the guys that have lost thier cars even at low speeds from running DRs in the rain. Actually I believe it was Nick (Bluezee28) who had a guy from his club lose control on the freeway at about 30 mph because the tail came out around a corner.
