Thats a pretty cheap price.....u wont NEED anything else but many people upgrade thier shocks and struts.

The rears shouldn't take you more than an hour. In the Articles section there is post by me that details the work involved on the rears (3rd and 4th gens are the same). The fronts are different, and I've done similar set-ups. Takes a while longer than the rears.
