yes this is perfect however guys i have a delema...

ok problem my strut mount center came down with my strut...the mount stayed bolted...and where the shaft of the strut is bolted to the upper mount ...was broken down so my shock actually became loose....i hope this make sense....it happen on my driver side.

95 chevy camaro
v6
qal 12 way adjustable (one year old)
v8 springs infront and v6 stock at back
i had no sway bar
brand new upper strute mounts
this is how i road for more then a year(had kybs before the qa1s) with no issues

recently i did a major tune up that consist of removing the entire suspension
i put everything back only diff was i installed the swaybar half way become some botls striped (links connected but not brackets)....i drove around to this to see if everything was ok...second day ....booom....this happen

my delema is i freaked out cus i fixed everything but i dont know what caused this to break...i use to drag race and have never seen this happen...so to me it has to be a bad install...and im scared as hell to drive my car.....

changes are v6 springs all around and completly removed the swaybar....and by the pics it looks like i did everything right....1)the studs of the mount should be nerest to the front of the car 2) the control arm has this hole to allow the rubber nipple of the strut mount to be properly bolted....so i know fore sure (99%) i did everything right THIS TIME....yet im clueless guys of what i did wrong before ...the only thing i can think of is i MUST of intalled something wrong....im thinking i put the control arm wrong(driver on the passenger and etc)....this is the only thing i can come up with...so any advice or opinion guys?

You just need new mounts. No biggy. I am sure someone has one laying around. That mount is prone to rust after awhile. It's a chore to swap shocks cuz most of the time the nut is rusted to the shock. I feel your pain, my brotha.
