Frame Connectors

How is the best way to install frame
connectors? Can the car be on stands,
or does it have to be on a lift? thanks

I would assume on the ground if you can because on stands or a lift ussually the subframe will shift a lot and stop you from bolting it up right. not positive though

Make sure the car is supported as if it were sitting on the four tires. (four ramps, etc)

You can use a lift that all 4 tires sit on. Or 4 ramps like he said above.
