Question Loose at high speeds?

The other day I came up on a 4 lane 3 mile straight with no cars on it... I decided to let Laura stretch her legs!! I easily hit 100 but I noticed her starting to get loose on me so I immediately shut it down...what would cause this??
See ya on the road,
Matt

Matt what do you mean by getting loose? Did the car feel foamy in the suspension?

I know every fourth gen Camaro I have had felt that way at about 100-110mph. Then, they all seem to sit down on a rail and are real stable after that. I guess it has something to do with the aerodynamics of the car. My 93 Z for instance, would feel real loose at 100, almost like it wanted to float around, but by 115 it was sitting down and solid! Just my experience.

She was real shaky...almost felt like the rear end wanted to slide out at that speed!!! I have had Laura up to 130mph before and she felt as solid as a rock...but around 100-105mph she feeels like she has a REAL loose suspension setup....

See ya on the road,
Matt

Sounds to me like it's time for some new shocks and struts. I would recommend the Bilstein set up with a set of Eibach Lowering springs, or the entire Bilstein Level 2 suspension. That should tighten it up. Good luck man.

I agree if you lower your center of gravity it feels alittle more sure footed! I agree with ryatt-motion. Also have you had a look at the rear suspention lately?
