I know every fourth gen Camaro I have had felt that way at about 100-110mph. Then, they all seem to sit down on a rail and are real stable after that. I guess it has something to do with the aerodynamics of the car. My 93 Z for instance, would feel real loose at 100, almost like it wanted to float around, but by 115 it was sitting down and solid! Just my experience.
