Rear Brake Pads

I have a 1995 Camero Z28 Convertable. The rear brakes make a growling sound at very slow speeds when the brakes are hot. Yet there is 2/32" pad remaining.

What I want is a very quiet pad that takes the least amount of pressure on the brake peddle. What would be the recommended pad and type. I have looked at the Quiet Stop by Raybestos - would it serve my purpose or should I look at something else. The front breaks have 9/32" on them so I am not replacing them - just the rear.

Any idea on the cost of this done at a shop and any idea of a shop in San Jose CA that ae excellent at this.
