The guy can't even lie properly. If you're going to tell people you run 10's, you can't tell people you've only got 380hp. I have a feeling the guy wasn't trying to sound cool, I think he honestly didn't know what to guess.

Yeah sounded to me like he was just some newbie who got in a car, and had no idea what he was talking about. Service guys at Jiffy Lube probably told him that the new "pullies" would boost his horsepower just to milk some extra $$$ out of him.
