Good deal?

Well, my daily driver has started to crap out on me with nice little electrical oddities, random issues starting up and horrible gas mileage even for a 4X4 at 108k miles.

So the hunt begins for a car to trade it in on, and this is the head of the pack so far.

I pretty much a tottal noob to F-bods in general.

It's a 98 Z28 convertible with 29,125 miles on it, the dealership has quoted me a price of $10,995 for it after a bit of haggling, what do you guys think?

Yep sadly it's an automatic, but it would be a daily driver and i would be slightly less tempted to race it, much :P

Get the CARFAX report and make sure its not a salvage title.

Well looks like a good deal to me, but check the carfax report because sometimes there salvaged or something is wrong with them.

Well i submitted my credit app the other day for the Camaro, hopefully they will be able to get my financed with my not so good credit.
If not, my parents have volunteered to co-sign to help me out.

Excellent Deal. Just make sure this thing wasn't railed, and put back together in someones garage, some one who didn't have insurance, you get where I'm going with this? When I bought my 94 Z conv. I was also checking out a 98 Conv. The car fax was clean, but when I went to see the car, you could tell that it had been railed really hard, and fixed in Tiawana or something. Just make sure.
