Not to be nosy or anything but what do you 4th gen guys pay for insurance?

I would liek to get a 4th if i could but i dont want to be spending too much on insurance

liability on my 93 was like 80-90 a month i think, and i pay 223.80 a month for full coverage on the firebird, next month tho on my renewal my payments go down 70 bucks w00t.

how are they so low i got a quote on a 92 RS 305 Coupe and it was gunna be $130 a month

idk, i know PA is one of the higher states. i have progressive BTW

I have a 97 ttop z28 camaro & a 1996 4X4 4 door chevy blazer & I pay $59 a month for liability on both together. For full coverage it is $189 for both. I am 23 & my husband is 26, both have clean driving records.

i pay 150 a month full coverage 250 deductables through state farm. i was paying 100 till i got a speeding ticket 91 in a 55

i cant my parents make me pay for everything :P

And ill call on a quote tomorrow probably cause im thinking about getting a 4th gen if the get decent gas milage becasue my truck is prolly gunna crap out soon unless i get a new engine in it

state farm is the cheapest in pa that i have seen

Yeah as long as my college grades stay up there my mom will cover it, but if i slack off She wont any longer, I cant afford to have to pay for it myself. I barely have enough to eat three good meals each day... dang beer!

i highly suggest you shop around, i just switched to geico supprisingly and went from 642 every six months to 342 every six months. but thats just liabilty

Bit of advice, don't ever compare yourself to another person in the eyes of an insurance company. There are so many underwriting criteria that determine your rate that no two rates are the same. There is no such thing as a "general" rate for any one vehicle either. My advice, talk to your current company, see what they would charge you for a different vehicle, and then call around and see how other companies compare.
