Estimate My HP On My 355?
Can you guys give me a rough estimate of how much power i am making from the motor with the following mods?:
355 CU Small Block Chevy 4-Bolt Main 10:1 TRW flat top pistons Aluminum Brodix Heads 2.02/1.60 200cc intake runners 64 cc combustion chambers with 1.6 roller tips Edlebrock Performer RPM Intake With 2" Carb Spacer Comp Cam Xtreme Energy 274 Duration, .487/.490 lift Hooker Long Tube Headers with 3" Dual Dynomax Bullets dumped before the rear end Holley 700 Double Pumper Carb

the heads are decent, but i probably would've went with a bigger cam with 200cc heads...thats jsut me though. o yeah, i'd say cloase to 400 peak hp, although your power under the curve is gonna sufffer.

you want to know for sure take it to a dyno & have it dynoed out. then you will know for sure thats my guess

Part of the reason why I said take it to a dyno because someone is going to say 350 someone else is going to say 400 someone else is going to say 450 someone else may even say 500 when after everything is said & done its only really 200-300hp. lol.
Better safe than sorry. Each engine acts diff to what you put on it or in it.
