Flooding victims
Im not so sure how many are effected and in which all states but I do know where Laura (Z28chic) lives in MO (very close to St. Louis) they are having some major issues. Laura herself is not in any danger at the moment but all around her and by her work is becoming flooded and people have had to evacuate their homes. So I ask you to say a prayer or a special thought for those that are being effected. Laura told me that the news is saying its worse than the flood of 93

Sorry Glenn, I just saw this. I know the flooding around here has been pretty bad most of this year. Prayers for those who are dealing with the rising water. It can be very dangerous I know.
Here we had a mother in a van go thru what she thought was a mild bit of water on the road and it swept her into a field. The van was completely under water. She tried to save her three children but she only saved 1. Very tragic. Right now with all of the saturated ground and now the winds we are seeing huge trees uprooting. Yesterday one fell on a mans car while he was driving. He was not hurt thank God. Laura .. as you know do not enter water and try to pass thru thinking it is not deep. If it is flowing or has ripples you can bet it could be dangerous.

Sorry to hear all thats going on....I didn't know that theres so much flooding going on since I hardly ever get to see the news unless I am at work and one of the patients tell me.
My thoughts and prayers go out to all that is dealing with this. Laura as stated above, please be careful and please keep us updated on how things are going...

man....we are constantly in a drout around here...wish we could take some of that water....hope it doesnt get too bad

I def pray for all the people that have flood problems.
I see this stuff everyday. I work for a company called servicemaster, and we clean up flood damages in houses ( we do other things aswell ) but it has just been crazy how many people are having to be evacuated. The flooding has gone down alot, but we are do for alot more rain, so please keep the prayers coming for this lady, I totally feel for her.
