Possibly moving up in my company
I could use some prayers from you guys right now. I posted for a new position at my bank, and the position I posted for is not in a branch nor is it even retail. I'm a part time teller right now making a "decent" hourly wage, and I've been with the company for 8 months now and have gotten excellent reviews and a 5% pay increase at my 6 month mark. The reason I posted for this position is because I am finishing out my bachelor's degree in business administration and do not want to be working in the retail area my whole life, plus this new position will double my pay. With my wedding coming up in May, I could REALLY use the extra income. I would be much more comfortable with my bills and rent knowing that I have some side money for emergencies with this new position. All I'm asking is for a few extra thoughts or prayers in the next two weeks or so. I should hear back from HR for an interview by that time, and I'll keep you guys updated. Thanks a lot!

FYI: the position I posted for is titled "Community Relations Assistant". I would be working with the CRF department making portfolios and organizing records, and working on unique projects along side the Community Relations department. It sure would be a nice change.
