    Koni Shocks

I'm planning on buying a set of koni shocks with my tax return. My current shocks are shot and the ride is super rough. When buying the shocks what all comes with the shocks and what else should I buy? The car has 179k miles on it.

You can get them all alone or buy the spring package to go with. You can custom order whatever you too. Go to strano.com and check it out. Depends on how much you want to spend. I think you can shocks/springs all the way around for $1000. I was going to get the trackpack kit for $1800 and that included aluminum hd sway bars.
I will probably buy just springs/shocks and get the springs the desired height I want. Let us know what you see.

Yeah I was planning on picking up a set from BMR. They have a special going on where you buy a set of konis and bmr springs for $734. My question was more a long the line of hardware needed when swapping shocks. Do I need to get a new bumptop? Shock Mounts? etc

Probably don't need new bumpstops or anything, but if you want them might as well do them when you have everything apart anyways. Also, with 180k miles, probably wouldn't hurt. I have had koni/stranos for 2 years and love it.

If your hardware is in good shape, you will be fine. If not, you can get the stock replacement or have Strano hook you up with the complete setup. I would use his springs because he will match you up with exactly what you want. I believe BMR is just off the shelf springs. Strano will give you more options. I have eibachs now and i think my car is too low. When I swapped the shocks up front, I used all the stock hardware and used bilstiens/eiback springs in place the oem stuff. The same in the rear.

My plan is to replace all four shocks/springs again with koni/strano setup.

I have Koni DA's and BMR Springs. My setup is pretty much the same as Strano's springs and I really like it.
