Engine Cooling Fan Problem?? Need Help

I have a 93 Camaro Z28 350LT1, The problem I am having is both cooling fans are comming on at low temp. (about 110 degrees) I have had it scaned and got a reading that said an Oil Temp sensor failed. I dont know much about this at all. I was told by some people that they dont think a 93 Z28 has a oil temp sensor. (Is this true???) I was thinking if it does have an oil temp sensor and it is malfuctioning or happen to be knocked loose while my plugs and wires were being changed about a week ago. Could that be sending a signal to my computer to automatically turn both cooling fans on? Has anyone had a problem like this before?
If anyone can help me out as to why my Cooling fans are comming on at low temp and not shutting down, Please let me know. Thanks alot for your help.

Since my last post I realized that it really doesnt matter if the temp is above 110 or not. The fans are comming on sometimes as soon as the car is started.
Does anyone have any other ideas other than what I thought, why this would be? Thanks.

If you do have an oil temp sensor and it reads high, then it will cause your fans to come on. Also, a faulty coolant temp sensor will cause the same problem. Either that or your fan switch is shorting out, causing them to run.
